Mobilization center for empowerment and development (MOCED) is an integrated community based organization in Kuresoi District of Nakuru County Kenya.
Vision: Rural communities in Kuresoi District live in dignity and harmony with each other today and into the future
Mission: To promote youth empowerment through capacity building, linkages income generating activities in collaboration with like minded partners.
The history of MOCED goes way back to 2003 when it was the dream of Baraka Agricultural College past students after undergoing a course in Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development, decided to help and work with community Youth and adults mainly to empower them on issues of Governance and human rights, Promote coexistence among the warring communities which has been a hot spot for ethnic and land clashes, environmental conservation, Sustainable Agriculture, Community health including HIV/AIDS .
